Boost Your Energy with these Recipe Ideas

Coping with mono is not easy; the recommended cure is usually to get plenty of rest and make sure you drink enough fluids. However, there are alternative therapies based on nutrition and herbal medicines that can boost energy levels through a healthy diet.

The first priority is to fight off the infection of mononucleosis and that means avoiding sweets, saturated fats, and sugary soft drinks.
